The Site is currently hosted in the United Kingdom but may later be hosted in another E.U. country. If the hosting of the Site is so altered this fact will be highlighted in the Site’s Privacy Policy. All data and information relating to the Site will be held where the Site is hosted.
1. If you order a book, your personal data is collected by our secure third party payment engine PROTX, and their privicy and security settings apply. We are never given your credit card details.
2.Information we collect
a. Contact Details: when you submit a manuscript we will ask you for your name, address and contact details. We retain this information to faciliatate contacting you in the event of us being interested in publishing your work.
b. Email correspondence: you may contact us to comment on aspects of the site or Competition. We will retain this information for the purpose of corresponding with you.
3.How we use your information
• With your permission.
• In response to a valid court order or other compulsory request from law enforcement.
• To third parties when necessary for investigation of Intellectual Property Infringement complaints.
• Where the information pertains to page views generated by a spider or bot and its dissemination is necessary to illustrate or resolve technical issues.
• If you have been vandalising the site or persistently behaving in a disruptive way, data may be released to assist in the targeting of IP blocks, or to assist in the formulation of a complaint to relevant Internet Service Providers.
• Where it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the Site or the public.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control. We will also provide the identity of the party you have contracted with. This may be Roastbooks Limited or in certain cases a third party. When making an order you undertake that all details you provide to us when requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services ordered. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Refunds are available if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
